I've been so obsessed with off the shoulder lately, and honestly I racked up quite a few pieces. This top is one of the off the piece I picked up from H&M and it's became one of my favorite. This top can be dress up or down and you can definitely wear this to work with a pair of skinny slacks and pumps. Since it's really hot right now in Virginia, I decided to pair this top with a pair of white shorts, some fringe sandals, and basket bag. Also, I may add, I am really obsessed with this bag right now!
